Tour rates
- Depending on the length of the tour and what is included, (ie. accommodation, activities and other "extras") rates range from $100 per hour for shorter tours, to a basic $800 per day. In the event we are arranging accommodation and other activities these costs can be included to give an all-inclusive price.
- I have a late model Ford Fairlane Ghia long wheel base limousine capable of seating three/four passengers in comfort.
Rates are in New Zealand dollars and include:
- Transport costs.
- Professional and personalised guided service and commentary.
- Itinerary planning and bookings.
- NZ Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%.
Your tour price does not include:
- Food and beverages unless included in the accommodation tariff.
- Accommodation costs which have not been prepaid in the tour price.
- Personal expenses such as laundry, phone calls and internet services.
- Optional travel (e.g. flights, cruises), attractions and activities, which have not been prepaid in the tour price.
Tour Reservation and Payment
- Your Tour bookings can be made by email via the Contact Us page. We prefer to discuss your interests and requirements so we can plan a memorable trip tailored exclusively for you. To this end, please be sure to include a telephone number with your enquiry through our Enquiries Form.
- For day tours, payment can usually be made on the day of the tour.
- For extended tours a 40% deposit of the total tour price is required to secure your booking. Full payment for extended tours is required before commencement of the tour.

Cancellations
- (Applies only to tours paid in advance)
- Cancellations must be advised in writing to YOUR TOUR.
- Unless agreed otherwise in writing between YOUR TOUR and the client at time of booking, The YOUR TOUR's cancellation policy is as follows:
Once the deposit has been received written notification of cancellation is required:
- 50% of the deposit is refundable if cancellation is received in writing 60 days prior to departure.
- Once the tour has commenced, no refund is made.
Right to alter itinerary or accommodation
YOUR TOUR reserves the right to alter the tour itinerary or accommodation in the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as adverse weather and road closures) beyond its control. In such an event, YOUR TOUR undertakes to adjust the itinerary and accommodation to a similar standard wherever possible. YOUR TOUR is not liable for costs associated with changes, delays or missing services booked by clients after the tour.
Liability
YOUR TOUR undertakes to identify and minimise risk to clients while on tour, however not all risks can be anticipated. YOUR TOUR accepts no responsibility for clients’ failure to follow the guide’s warnings and instructions. YOUR TOUR does not accept liability for loss or damage either to clients’ property, or for any personal injury to clients during the tour.
Note that the New Zealand government operates an Accident Compensation scheme (ACC), which provides personal injury cover for New Zealand citizens and residents and temporary visitors to New Zealand, but removes your right to sue for personal injury, other than for exemplary damages.
Insurance
YOUR TOUR strongly advises its clients to take out comprehensive travel insurance, including cover for cancellation, baggage, personal accident, sickness and medical expenses.
